Summary

As a Windchill Helpdesk Analyst, you will be working directly with our customers to provide technical support for their CAD and Windchill issues.

  • Provide maintenance and monitoring support for Windchill PDMLink (and other modules)
  • Provide help-desk support for end users via phone and through our Help Desk ticketing system
  • Work from your Home Office (Telecommute), must be a self-starter
  • Be available for on-call rotation
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Must have great communication skills and must be Customer Service oriented

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years Windchill/CAD experience (former CAD Administrator)
  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of networking and hardware
  • Basic understanding of Computers and Operating systems (Windows)
  • Self-motivated and resolution oriented
  • Work effectively even in time sensitive situations
  • Must be motivated to learn new technologies
