Eccellent Solutions is a value added reseller of PTC software (, a technological leader in the CAD and PLM space. The solutions we sell are 3D CAD (Creo Parametric) and PLM (Windchill PDMLink). We are looking for an inside sales person to assist with day-to-day transactional business operations.

The inside sales representative will interact by phone and email with outside parties to solicit orders for product/services, make appointments, in addition to work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the team to create new sales opportunities and meet/exceed monthly sales quotas. The desired outcome of the inside sales rep’s activities are:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers through consistent communication
  • Qualify incoming leads and identify real opportunities for outside sales to pursue
  • Generate quotes for product/service/training
  • Help set meetings and maximize the time an outside sales rep can spend face-to-face with customers
  • Maintain the integrity of data within the CRM
  • Sales Region: Southeast United States

What your duties will be:

  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
  • Contact businesses by phone or email and build interest in the products/services offered by Eccellent Solutions
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts in persuading potential customers to purchase Eccellent Solutions product/services
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects of the organization
  • Coordinate with outside sales reps to determine essential strategic approaches for the territory
  • Capture accurate and complete information and enter into CRM (
  • Accurately forecast opportunities
  • Participate in training sessions, skill building and professional development
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written) negotiation and phone skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of company products

We will provide:

  • Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 Annual, Plus Commission, Quarterly Performance Bonus
  • Telecommute: This is a ‘work from home’ position. Applicant must have a quiet home office setup for taking calls and communicating with customers in a professional manner with no unwanted/unexpected background noise (i.e. pets or kids).
